This issue looks like it is specific to scale, which hits the default $.fx.multipleValueStep function. This function tries to read fx.values, which is undefined, hence causing the crash.

@diegojardon did you select any streams in your catalog JSON file? Putting the API token in the password field with basic authentication works for me as of now.
