I also tested it with the current one, 2023.2.1 and the result is the bottom set. It fails the same way with both. It looks like the current one reports...

I have been able to compile NCrystal with the new icx/icpx. The older ones (icc/icpc) are not available anymore and they don't work. However, it seems that it will compile...

@tkittel That updated file seems to build with the old compilers as well. Perhaps it really was just those few lines from NCVariant.hh.

That's the new one that I found that it does work with. What it doesn't work with is icc/icpc, which unfortunately you can't get anymore because Intel has abandoned them....
