@gingerbeardman I'm pretty sure my PAL Star Fox (Starwing) which I use with retroarch runs at 1/2 of the speed of the overclocked (-boost-fx 2) original Star Fox.

I set the -boost-fx to 1.5 and I think it actually worked (15Mhz?), looks smoother than the original and does not look like hyper-turbo-mode... It still doesn't affect PAL games...
