I don't exactly understand the problem. As I wrote earlier, the logs show that DXVK enables vsync. Anything else is outside of our control anyway.
I just started a new game with DXVK and watched all the intro videos. It didn't crash for me. Try using the latest version found here: https://git.froggi.es/doitsujin/dxvk/-/jobs
Probably running out of address space then.

Did you make that apitrace with texture mods installed? DXVK tops out at 384 MB when replaying it, which usually shouldn't cause any address space crashes. It also doesn't crash...
