Sort by id desc as default

I suggest that when opening a table and browsing its content, the table could be sorted by id desc. At the moment it seems to be id asc. I believe...

Add it to all channels and conversations

The feature is great, however it is tedious to add it to all channels and we would like it to work without adding them to channels and for direct conversations...
