Fix audio and video timing

I found that the actual framerate is 28.5 FPS, not 30 or 25.

(Feature Requests) Import Videos from an existing Youtube playlist into an Invidious Playlist

Also, that would make it easy to make a copy of someone else's playlist to edit, which you have to do manually on youtube.

Will you release your source code or contribute to ruffle?

Ruffle does have initial AS3 work done, but not quite enough to run games. Nobody can contribute till we have source code released to contribute _to_.
