Support for custom firmwares

I added effects from the MS-50G to the MS-70CDR (drive and amp sims) using the [firmware editor here](https://github.com/Barsik-Barbosik/Zoom-Firmware-Editor). The pedal works great, but it no longer works with the zoom-ms-utility....
