Run the following code ```shell pip uninstall github3.py pip install github3-py==0.9.3 ``` and it works on my computer, hope to help.

Same problem, i trained the hrmapnet_mapqr_nusc_r50_24ep_new and only get 66.68, compared to the author reported 72.6.
