What's the purpose of have a `HTTPResponse.fromServiceWorker()` method if it won't work when request interception is set `true`?

Did you declare `const { ServerDataContext, resolveData } = createServerContext()` inside your express middleware/controller?

I think this is not an issue, it's part of the UI.
