[Windows 10] Transmission 3 does not display an application window

The problem is still there in 4.0.3. Setting `main-window-x` to 0 in `settings.json` solves it.

Avatars/Pictures won't load

Thank you @ItsBranK Still, does anyone know why xcancel.com doesn't display images in Firefox but works fine in other browsers (Chromium, Edge)? Just curious what the issue is
