[WIP] Add orientation constraints to arbitrary links of mechanisms

This is a work in progress for adding orientation constraints to arbitrary links of mechanisms.

It also updates the code in the precompile.jl file to reduce the TTFX (time to first X) of the solve call to Ipopt.
