Fix CI Documentation job

@rdeits this should fix the broken CI Documentation stage on master

Can I also ask you to try running the TagBot action again? It tried a bunch of times after registering the new release in the General registry, but there was some issue and it failed. It seems it gave up after a while (last attempt: https://github.com/JuliaRobotics/RigidBodyDynamics.jl/actions/runs/5159311921). Maybe now it is fixed?
