Same... Doesn't matter whether I use the "deploy to web app" option, or the github deploy option, the web app always deploys but fails to come up as it says...

Workaround for me was to go to deployment center, settings, set source as external git, put https://github.com/microsoft/sample-app-aoai-chatGPT.git with branch main. Then click sync. Web app came up about ten minutes...
