upgrading to 0.39.0 did not fix

granted this is not really a big deal, I just have to remember to nvm use default whenever I start, but still, it would be nice if it persisted, thanks

socketCluster already does this for you, so you don't need node_redis

This is preventing up from moving to 3.1 as well, and there is a nice feature with postman that will allow importing of 3.1 openapi directly therefore we won't need...
