Such a good thing for project templates. Always annoying to not have them at the start but end up setting these up anyways.

I use `Shopware\Core\Framework\Plugin\KernelPluginLoader\ComposerPluginLoader` regularly to load the available plugins. You have to make sure though, that the order of the plugins match a dependency graph. For this I use `Shopware\Deployment\Services\PluginLoader`...

@Seldaek great to have a case to look into. I will likely not be able to react in this month to this.
