关于 gfwlist 性能相关的建议

目前用 rule 来进行 autoswitch 的判断逻辑是「如果网站存在 gfwlist 的话走 proxy」，但事实上墙外的网站数量**远大于**墙内的数量，一方面要进行大量的检查，另一方面遇到比较小众的海外网站会有明显卡顿（注：这种卡顿如果是直接使用 proxy 模式的话是能很快加载出来的，autoswitch 模式会卡一会，所以判断是在查 rule 上耗费时间过长），如果维护一个墙内网站的 list，命中就直连，需要进行判断会少很多，考虑到墙内一些网站用海外服务器也能访问，在可用性方面不会有太大的问题，只需要关注大流量的、主流的网站即可，维护成本也会小很多。

 可以看看这个状况，rule 模式下，对于一个不存在 rule list 下的陌生的域名，就会 Default 到直连一直加载不出来，而且这个时候是没有办法设置 add condition 的，能不能有一个超时配置，比如超过 3 秒还没有一个前端界面就 fallback 到某个 profile？或者 Default 的时候能有一个选项可以加一下 condition
