I finally have a working implementation of the server running within the bot. This should be coming soon.

Another cool thing could could be if the bot watches the forum and if no helper responds within 30 minutes bot pings the proper roles.

I mean, I assume they're gonna ping us every support case anyways if we don't help. That's the point of that rule. Up to you though isn't a big deal...

Use a `mock.AsyncMock` instead of `mock.Mock`

I would think just their actual unique username would be ideal. if I want their id I'll just get their id from the object.

As far as I can tell this is a plugin built specifically for minecraft and not a programming language. Not sure how that's supposed to work with piston.

Yeah, it just felt counterintuitive. I think that would be a good solution.
