The probability of a race condition happening with multiple files within the same upload, with only 4 concurrent uploads and a automatic second try if any chunk or the assembly...

Also if the mkdir command fails it would never send a 200 code, so it could not be shown as sucessful in the frontend

I don't expect this to be implemented in the near future, because it is quite a bit of work considering the probably small number of people that would use this...

The persistent directories would be quite easy. But persistent uploads would be hard or maybe impossible, because as far as i know the browser will no longer give the site...

Another problem might be multiple tabs of flowupload. For now you can star directories and they will persist a refresh.
