[BUG]: IMAP connection fails on self-hosted server

**Describe the bug** I want to establish a IMAP connection on my self-hosted activepieces server. Entering the correct details and ports, it gets stuck loading and no error message occurs....

Feat: use filepath for files with the same name for all data source types

### What problem does this PR solve? When there are multiple files with the same name the file would just duplicate, making it hard to distinguish between the different files....
