Can confirm I'm having the same issue. For me I transferred XLM to my wallet which shows on https://stellar.expert but does not show in the balance on my keybase.

@rathboma I am having this issue on launch and am using wayland mode. Is this a known issue. When I take it out of wayland mode it does launch right.
