I have resolved this issue by deleting instance.actor user from 'users' and 'used_username' tables. It seems working almost a week from this direct database workaround. Be careful, direct DB editing...

@sheodox Yup, it's workaroundable by pinning image url to URL input, but image upload could be better. Thank you for the reply!
