Can you share the version of portal that you are using?
Thanks. AuGeo requires a certain portal configuration to work. Essentially you will need to install the ArcGIS DataStore and set this to be the Portals hosting server. Please see: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/get-started/latest/windows/base-arcgis-enterprise-deployment.htm...
We are still working on compass improvements - so will keep this open for the time being. But the SW issue has been addressed.
