In https://github.com/gematik/api-ti-messenger/pull/291#discussion_r1942389198 gab es verschiedene Stimmen und kritische Nachfragen zur Sinnhaftigkeit des Content Reportings. Es erscheint mir daher sinnvoll dieses Thema doch noch einmal zu eröffnen.

Die Sinnlosigkeit im aktuellen TI-M Content Reporting als MUSS zu deklarieren leuchtet mir mittlerweile auch ein. Ich glaube verbieten sollten wir es aber nur wenn damit Schaden angerichtet werden kann....

Wir stufen mit dem nächsten Release nun erstmal auf KANN ab. Ich lasse diese Issue aber wegen der Frage des Verbots noch offen.
