Support for setting runtimeRequestTimeout in kubelet_config

@stephybun "sdk/not-yet-supported" because the azure rest api does not support "runtimeRequestTimeout" in its [kubelet config for agent pool creation](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/aks/agent-pools/create-or-update?tabs=HTTP#kubeletconfig)?

[bitnami/minio] $totalDrives in _helpers.tpl doesn't take number of zones into account

Hi, yes I'm happy to do so. But I'm not sure if the calculation is wrong, or if there should be 4 drives per zone.
