this was started in #346 with **folders** but it has to be continued for other types.
run on **mcdev init** and **mcdev upgrade** check if project folder in which one of the above commands is run is potentially a synchronized folder - that would reduce performance...
idea is that whenever relevant methods are executed, the user sees how long it took to do so
like the title says... :)

if these folders were not created properly during BU provisioning (something done in the background when one creates a new business unit) then this breaks all API operations around folders...
idea is that fields should be deleted if gone from a dataextension's json - just like others are added when they weren't there yet. problem could be that this might...
