[FEATURE] option to clean up deploy-folders to ensure we deploy only whats necessary

Current Behavior

each deploy creates more and more folders to cover what actually to be deployed.

Expected Behavior

unless one cleans this up, it becomes problematic over time. at least time consuming. i am suggesting a config option that defaults to true, leading to automatic clean up before figuring out what folders we need.

4. See error...
