### 问题描述 加入 IPv6 的支持。 ### 期望结果 在使用 Surge 时，如果本地只有 IPv4，而服务器是双栈的，那么使用 IPv4 连接这台服务器上的 SS 之后，可以通过 SS 来访问 IPv6 网络。但在 Potatso 上，即使连接的服务器是双栈的，也无法用来访问 IPv6，望改进。
