How much deviation is acceptable in motion_representation.ipynb?

At the end of `motion_representation`.ipynb, I get offsets of `1.1056086 `and `5.1619987`. At the end of `cal_mean_variance`.ipynb, I get offsets of `0.016970176 `and `0.0019647712`. Is that acceptable?
