I see we have the [TopicMessageMocking](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-js/blob/main/test/unit/TopicMessageMocking.js) file that seems to be mocking the `TopicMessageQuery`. Won't creating a new file be some sort of duplication, @ivaylonikolov7?
