This needs to be an option for more than just nfo, jpg, etc. This is happening to me with subtitle files and it was really annoying to lose my subtitles...

Good to know! I would respectfully disagree with the note about subtitles. I only download them when there are non-english parts and those subtitles are hard to find and traditional...
