I have the same issue. Using the Magic Trackpad 2 on my desktop. It's just too big avoid accidentally touching the trackpad.

I can also test Apple Silicon versions. I have the 14 inch Macbook (M1 Pro). The x86 version indeed works with Rosetta 2, but everything feels very sluggish. Even panning...

I can also confirm this works on my 14 inch MBP
