Cmd-c doesn't work to do copy in Safari

At least under chrome in windows, one has to press CTRL+C twice to get text (and morphs) copied. This was not always the case.

Accessing the clipboard is only allowed when the user triggered it with intent. (e.g. a web site should not be allowed to interfere with a password the user copied)
