UE4GoogleAssistant could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually

I was trying to build this project in Unreal Engine 4.19.0 but getting this error when opening the project.

"UE4GoogleAssistant could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually"

I checked some of the forum that I should be able to rebuild the project using Visual Studio to resolve this issue. But this project does not include a VS sln. What will be the best way to create UE4GoogleAssistant.dll?
