Can't build example application with CMakeLists.txt from readme: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lValgrind::valgrind

Hi, I dont know how to fix the actual issue introduced by this commit, but made cmake happy by adding an extra line `add_library(Valgrind::valgrind INTERFACE IMPORTED)` after `find_package (Seastar REQUIRED)`

fixed by this [commit](https://github.com/scylladb/seastar/commit/7c3896a524ddcdb5c1b276110bff1e09755b5169) in master, I think we can close this issue

pause_reading terminates a connection when using asio

I have tried the `pause_reading` in `test/transport/integration.cpp` which passed as expectation, so I am not sure if it is related to asio or something else, any help is apprecated!
