1.26.0 has been released which upgraded the blob SDK to resolve this issue.
A proof of concept prototype is implemented in 1.24.0. Moving future discussion and formal implementation to 1.25.0
Done for blob/gen2. Move to 1.27.0 to determine what to do for the rest of the services because they don't have user delegation SAS support at the moment.
@venu564 How did you connect to the storage account in Storage Explorer? Did you connect to it as a local attachment with Key/SAS or did you sign-in to your azure...

AzCopy will not be delivering the flag in time for 1.27. We are going to move this issue further down the road for now.
We will add support to text preview and basic image preview in 1.26.0
