Support generating and attaching with user delegation backed SAS tokens

Storage Explorer currently only supports generating SAS tokens backed by the account keys. Storage Explorer should also be able to generate user delegation backed SAS tokens.

Note: issue created from CSS user feature request.

We're going to break this up by service type.

I am eagerly awaiting this feature to be implemented as soon as possible.

Done for blob/gen2. Move to 1.27.0 to determine what to do for the rest of the services because they don't have user delegation SAS support at the moment.

Going to move to near future as tables and queues don't currently support user delegate SAS.

Haven't heard anything regarding tables and queues. Going to close this. Can open issues once those services support user delegation SAS.
