Same issue here, but appears to be all sensors running 3.0.2 on 2022.10.5 Supervisor 2022.10.0 Operating System 9.3 Frontend 20221010.0 - latest

Removing and reading the integration does resolve the issue btw. Now to update dashboards and automations.
