Add check for missing permissions

Some inputs can result in an error when the bot does not have enough permissions, add a check for valid permissions or find another way

When adding a new player to a world, it does not seem to successfully edit the message. Maybe it's something with permissions?

This would be very useful for block placement which support multiple states like stairs

Right now the rendering happens on the same thread as the bot itself. Perhaps someone has an idea how to improve this process as it will most likely cause issues...
