It is a law in my country to support accessibility in all public projects. So this is a huge problem and might be a deal breaker when choosing app framework....

Is there a workaround ? I just need the CodeBehind to work, not the actual Xaml elements.

So do you confirm that there is a bug? No it will not start the EN Api before you accept the permission popup. We would expect StartAsync to **not** resolve...
