This was confirmed during the process of using the opencve.io site without building opencve separately.
Is reports_cleanup not working for "opencve.io" site ?
There has been a change in subscription, but as shown in the screenshot, reports have not been created since 02/16. 
Last CVE Updates are confirmed to be operating normally, but Reports does not work.
