I've just added missing files which according to readme should be there to build the app

If we could make IServiceProvider interface public, it would be easier to check if ServiceProvider can resolve particular service, or not, instead of catching exception.

After font files installation I can select any of OpenDyslexia font versions, but in fact - default Consolas font is used.
