For anyone interested, until this PR gets merged, you can install a version of xunique including the changes from this PR and the changes from #56 via `git+https://github.com/Tonband/[email protected]#egg=xunique`

Oh, that's weird. It should still be available: https://github.com/Tonband/xUnique/releases/tag/v4.1.5-Tonband If you also want natsorting for your filenames, you can also use `git+https://github.com/Tonband/[email protected]#egg=xunique`
