I have the same issues. Problem 3 isn't working for me completly. I lost all overlays and can't add new ones. Even restarting firefox isn't working.

Someone might use `print()` for rapid debugging without an IDE or other development tools. I'm not suggesting this, this is only one motivation of using this `flake8` plugin.
