Should an error be thrown if label currently exists?

More of a question, but if a Label/Milestone already exists, should an error message be the only message that is returned? Would this run forever if the from: and until: dates are set over a wide period of time?

If for example I wanted to search all historical tweets over a few months, I'd almost expect the program to run indefinitely, with the `No account available for queue "SearchTimeline".`...
