Yeah, I would wait until this API makes it out of preview until adding support to allstar. It will likely land under the `https://api.github.com/repos/{owner}/{repo}` API like other repo settings.
Verified this change manually locally.
@marklio I've deconflicted this PR and rebased it on top of current master. See #365. We are keen to get this merged.

We need [`makepkg`][1] and [`updpkgsums`][2], but it looks like both of those are shell scripts. The shell scripts should be enough.
