Same thing here. Version 1.12.0 using Docker via Unraid.

Seems like it is fixed in v1.12.2; however, that image has not been released on the `latest` tag. Switching to the `dev` tag has fixed the issue.

Also there seems to be a dependency on Postgres running in port 5432. Did I read that right? If so, that port should probably be configurable defaulting to 5432.
