I would propose to introduce a configure option to enable the GOST support. I think it is very rarely used by very small group of people and the ENGINE usage...

This was fixed with #2506 two weeks back.
I am considering providing the PGP signature for the releases as it was already requested previously. But I am not sure where else to put the signatures/checksums as I think...

@3v1n0 did you get back to the review comments? This looks like it works ok for several users so it would be great to have this in the coming release.
Do you have some particular memory leak in mind? The simclist is not updated, but from my experience it just works. There are couple of changes over last years though....
