mongodb is not connecting inside Docker (mongoose template)

@amccampos Maybe you should try change the [`DB_HOST`](https://github.com/ljlm0402/typescript-express-starter/blob/master/lib/mongoose/.env.development.local#L5) variable to `mongo` inside the [`.env.development.local`](https://github.com/ljlm0402/typescript-express-starter/blob/master/lib/mongoose/.env.development.local) file Then run `npm run dev`
