`nonRotatedLayers` and `nonRotatedChildren` are essential for things like the attribution widget, and I think some plugins make use of it.

Is this still an issue?

Has this issue resolved itself since Flutter v3.3.0 and flutter_map v3? I know Flutter is working toward a new rendering engine Impeller, and we've switched around the way getting images...
