@uebmaster while Scrcpy can be used to control an Android device from Windows, it can only do so through screen mirroring, so it's not really a good alternative to Mouse...

Genuinely surprised this hasn't been added yet, would love to see it in a future update.

Also experiencing this issue. Since this appears to be related to the block editor, I tried to just remove the block registration, but there doesn't seem to be a good...

I honestly don't remember what I did, sorry. I just tried this again, and it seems to be working just fine, even when I require it directly (i.e. `require "vendor/darylldoyle/safe-svg/safe-svg.php";`)....

@lateek35 I ended up switching to [ScrollMagic](http://scrollmagic.io/), it's working basically perfectly.

@hharnisc just had a chance to test today, doesn't appear to work with bash. I even tried re-installing all modules, no dice.

Yea, it seems fairly intermittent. It happens most often when `gulp watch` is running on one of my projects.

Any progress on getting this working?
